Completely ignorant of my health conditions just because they’re not familiar with them. I have a rare genetic disorder and after multiple attempts to get them to add that to their records, they just ignored it. They also refused to fill out paperwork to help me with it because they “didn’t have records..” maybe because they never listened to me and documented it.
