First time meeting with Dr Courtney and she was amazing. Listened to all my concerns and questions. She listens to her patients and allows them input into their treatment plans.
So far so good. I like her Courtney. She is easy talk to and listens to what I am saying without judgement.
Was my first visit to Ace primary care and I thought everything went well nice staff and I didn’t have to wait long
It has been a month and a half to get a referral. After numerous calls, being told "I'm almost off work" or "I have to go to lunch". Going in to talk had much of the same excuses and finally, the "girl" that does the referrals has been behind. Since Dec 5th? So here we are in the waiting room waiting to see if they can finally do this right
Great experience. Very happy. Clean office, kind staff and doctors.
