Clean facility. Dr. Courtney was great
Had my first appt to establish care after moving. The office was really nice and so were the staff. I think I just wish it felt a little more personable. The nurse and PA I had were great, but they never really looked up from their computers while asking questions, and talking about ordering labs, etc. It just felt a little off, and like I was talking to someone not entirely caring about what was being said. But I still appreciated the care given. It was short and sweet and I’ll still be back.
Dr. Desai is thorough, caring, attentive. Strong staff, excellent facility. I highly recommend ACE Primary Care.
Answered my concerns and questions thoroughly. Very happy with Marylou. However front office did not give me my referrals Said she would text them to me and did not. I did sit and wait for them for a few minutes.
Today was my first day at Ace Primary Care. The staff was super nice and listened to me. I saw Jenni and she was amazing especially since I dumped a lot of new medical issues that I have on her. She answered all my questions and I felt heard. It was also nice to be able to get in so quick. Most doctors offices are a six month wait but I got in the next day and even have a follow up in three weeks. I can't wait to establish a long term partnership with Jenni and the Ace team!
