Horrible primary doctor experience ever. Every time I would go in for my appointment, a different doctor was there to see me. I seen 6 different doctors in 6 different appointments back to back. One of them would always never listen to anything I had to say. Would never come to this place not even for a emergency
Called yesterday, gave my insurance info (incl. ID #) and was told they accept my insurance. Got an appt for the next day. Came in today and was told that they are out of network with my insurance and I would be a self-pay patient. I feel like they lied intentionally to get me in the door with hopes I would give up and just pay the cash price ($230).
Stay were very professional and friendly, the waiting time to see the doctor was quick compared to many other doctors, and Dr. Desai is very gentle & caring. She takes time to listen and was very thorough. Great choice for healthcare!
My husband went to have a check up and blood work done last week. He had to pay $167 for the doctor to check his blood pressure, ask a few questions, get labs done and THATS IT! Then he has his follow up appointment and they are trying to charge him another $125 to review his bloodwork, saying he can’t access it until the $125 is paid. He literally paid $167 just last week for the doctor to do NOTHING after explaining his symptoms of heavy breathing, feelings of fluid on his lungs, etc. He has insurance that has been active ... read more
