RecommendedThe guys that came, Dustin and John, were super professional, they worked really hard on getting my plumbing working. That includes working on it till 7pm, then coming back early the next day to get it finished. They patiently answered all of my questions and explained everything to me fully. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism they showed. Recommend them 100%!!
Very over priced . Not good service they don’t call you back in a timely manner . But if the price is to hi � just ask the employees they all do side jobs for a cheaper rate but they don’t call you back either . Some time back years now they came to do a remodel job along with a contractor after the contractor did his job it took months for ace to return not a good company
After our home warranty company sent us a terrible vendor for a sink stoppage that wasn't resolved after 3 weeks from it being reported, we called Ace Plumbing when we got desperate for help. They were very prompt, the call service was friendly and their technician was knowledgeable and trustworthy. Wish all home vendors were as easy to work with. Will use again for any future issues!
Being a widow, I need a reliable company that responds quickly when I call. Ace Plumbing has been solving the plumbing problems for over 10 years. Prompt and courteous.
We had total rerouting on water lines done with Ace Plumbing. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job you may have. From the secretary taking your call to the job completion was a great experience. Phone etiquette was appreciated. The guy who did our job was polite, professional, worked quickly and made sure he didn't track mud in house and picked up everything. They get a 5 star from us.
First, they left all my wiring and plumbing hanging on the ground under my house. That alone just shows a lack of professionalism to leave electrical just laying on the ground. They did not put an extended box for my septic system allowing for the switch and float to plug into each other. The guy split them which in turn burned up my pump. They came out and replaced the box after some time. · 2 seconds ago So, last Friday we hired Ace to fix our leaking toilet. Young man came and said I will replace the flapper and toilet will be 100%, $267... Paid the money, and toilet still running. Call Ace back, they send a Tech and he says, " I would have changed the fill valve too, as it is filling so slowly" "It is Saturday and this is supposed to be for Emergency only it would cost $300 Today because it is Saturday." Friday one week later we get a letter from LUS saying we have constant running water from this address..... read more
