We only contacted this company due to the reviews. Unfortunately, I cannot say that we are satisfied with our experience. My husband called due our water heater possibly going out. The service would be on a Saturday so we were informed that it would be $58.50 just for the person to come out. Nothing good I can say about this company!!! I called bc my water heater went out last minute. Customer service rep asked me several questions about what the problem may be. Once tech arrived tit he house, he charged my husband then said he and Ace Plumbing can not work on Tankless Water heaters. So why would I be charged for a service you’ll can’t provide. i spent over $500 with you trying to repair 2 gas water heaters still in warranty. Only one was up and working. Each time I was charged $25 for a phone call to Rheem. I finally called an independent plumber who fixed both gas water heaters in 2 hours for $315.00. Over priced and incompetent.

My shower was leaking, I replaced the cartridge myself but it was still leaking so I made the call. We let them know the cartridge was just put in but he insisted that it needed to be replaced, so he replace the brand new cartridge and charged me $300. I learned my lesson never calling Ace again!
I had two running toilets. The charge to fix them was $300 each. All that was needed was to change parts in the tank. I begged them for a lower price. They came down to $500. Really ? Then I was called for feedback! Told them the story. I was asked if I would call them again and I told them no. I was told they have meetings where this would be discussed. I received no feedback. Sorry, but I cannot recommend them unless money doesn’t matter. The one good thing is that they came quickly.
Who are these complainers, relatives of other plumbing companies? Ace Plumbing in Lafayette (Carencro) was efficient, reasonable cost since I called late, and did a great job and cleaned everything up. I have a serious lung problem and Roger took care of the leakage and possible mildew problems. I had no idea this awful leakage was going on under my kitchen sink. Thank you Ace of Lafayette.It is so nice to know for sure this company is reliable.
