RecommendedI had them come out for roaches due to priors not getting rid of them the right way! They were very polite and worked quickly! Always on time and very trustworthy. I would highly recommend them !
I had them complete a termite inspection. They were prompt, friendly and explained everything. They were even able to answer a few random questions I had. They were prompt with getting me the inspection report so I could send it to our bank! I recommend them and will likely be using them in the future!
I switched service companies, to Ace Pest Management, because I was so impressed meeting the father and son, when they serviced the school I work at. They're not only a family owned business, but they treat their customers like family too! I want to give a big shout out to Randy Wells, Jr at ace pest mgmt. Not only did he complete his pest control treatment today but he helped me fish out my cell phone from a lake and spent time helping me trying to bring it back to life - over and above any expectation on my part. Highly recommend both Randy and his employer!!
I contacted ACE Pest Management after Hurricane Irma for a dead rodent issue in my attic or crawl space. They promptly came out despite not having power at their homes or offices, inspected the issue thoroughly and determined that whatever was there is now gone. They refused to accept any cash payment for the inspection since no removal was performed.
