DO NOT PARK THERE unless you are prepared to loose 2 to 4 hours of your life trying to exit that poorly designed garage. There are at least 5 lanes trying to merge into one just to get to the lower floor (exit floor), which then merges with the downstairs lanes. In the morning they have plenty of staff directing traffic to park, but after that they had no one. For the first hour we haven't moved an inch. One and a half hours to even get out of the parking lot. Zero help from the attendants at directing traffic inside the garage. When I pointed out an obvious choke point where attention was needed, they said everything was under control already. Only after several other drivers came to speak to the manager did they send someone to keep the lines flowing. I know DC is a nightmare to drive and park in, but this place isn't cheap. Even the smallest bit of competence and concern for your customers shouldn't be much to ask for.

While it is conveniently located to the International Spy Museum and National Mall, I would not recommend most travelers park here if it can be avoided. The garage will be difficult to locate for most travelers (despite having signage) due to the nature of its location. Vehicles taller than 6 feet will not fit. There are unclear parking procedures once you enter the lot. Overall, we had no major issues entering or exiting the garage. This garage is right under the Spy Museum. It was a little confusing to find but not impossible. The directional signs were a little help but it involves a number of u-turns to get to the entrance of the garage. Once at the gate, you get a ticket and proceed in. Held us ransom. We prepaid for parking and could not leave as nobody was there to validate the prepaid parking and nobody answered the call button for 10 minutes. Complete disgrace of a company
