Jeremy and Albert were extremely accommodating with my unique parking circumstances, going above and beyond to be attentive, communicating updates about my vehicle promptly, and being very timely whenever I requested my car. The SMS service is fantastic and provides real-time updates on when your vehicle will be ready. For anyone visiting from out of town or driving into the city for a weekend, I would highly recommend trusting your vehicle with Ace Parking.
I couldn’t find the parking garage at all and decided to park on the street. I took so long trying to find it that I was late to my timed tickets for the spy museum; I ended up giving up trying to find and went to do something else. 0/10 location🫤
Terrible parking garage. Prepaid for a spot. Bar code would not work upon entry. Had to take a new ticket and see attendant to remove potential charges. Happened to my daughter as well. There are supposed to be signs that explain a certain process to follow but we couldn’t see them from within our car when at the entrance.
The only choice for parking for visiting L’enfant plaza and the spy museum.
The experience at this garage was awful. When I pressed the call-for-assistance button to clarify the timing with a receipt, the response I received was extremely unprofessional. The individual I spoke with had terrible communication and zero professionalism. It completely soured the visit. I’d honestly encourage the Spy Museum to think twice about having a company like this associated with their museum, because for some, it could reflect poorly on the entire experience.
