I received a Pandora ring for my birthday in February and it quickly became my most prized possession. I was heartbroken when I noticed a stone had fallen out of it a couple weeks ago. I called and asked if it was under warranty and was told that it was not; however, to bring it in anyway. Much to my surprise, you replaced my entire ring with a brand new one! I've never been happier with the customer service I received and I'll be sure to shop Ace of Diamonds for all my future jewelry needs! Thank you!

My husband bought my rings from here. He told me the staff was very helpful in helping him find the perfect ring for me. We have always had the best customer service from them whenever we come in! They soldered them together, and made it look gorgeous for our wedding day! They are always friendly when we come in to get my ring clean.

I came in here to get links taken out of my new watch, and when one of the employees brought it back to me she said it's the smallest she can go and it still was huge. She said to me: "Maybe if you go eat some burgers it'll fit you better." Not only did she offend me very much for being small, I also had her go back and try one more time and as you probably guessed, it fit this time. I don't remember her name, but because of her I would never recommend this store to anyone. Be careful what you say. Words hurt.

I love Ace of Diamonds. I had an engagement ring that was my fiancés grandmothers that I wanted to get a matching band for and they found the perfect one. Sadly, 6 months later I lost my ring. :-( But, now they are recreating it and it's so nice to have a jeweler that I can trust!
