Nice looking place, but the service is a mess, from little things like no bottle openers to open the items stocked in the room fridge, to the room service which never arrived. Great, deep bathtub--but no toiletries aside from the ones that are mounted to the wall above your head. When I checked out, they weren't able to run my bill--and then they let me figure out how to get a cab myself.
This is a much needed Oasis smack dab in the middle of town!!!.
Great food, music and company - in the middle of a storm on a Friday night.
Saw the unfinished hotel at Mardi Gras and could tell .....it will the coolest, hippest place in the best location...EVER !!@!
You will have to see it to believe it. It is truly a remarkable place and New Orleans is lucky to have an Ace Hotel.
