I think it's just a cool hotel. I just stayed there a second time and like the vibe very much. The only bad thing I'd say was being ignored at the adjacent restaurant and bar. I got an old fashioned at the bar and was going to eat at the bar. They presented me with a menu and never came back to ask if I wanted anything. I almost never got them to cash me out. Excellent location, superb hospitality with top notch decor. Definitely making the Ace Hotel our "GO TO" hotel in New Orleans!
Being from CA, we've stayed at the ACE in Palm Springs & love it so we were excited to stay at their NOLA hotel. We had a wonderful time & great experience. Centrally located to wherever you need to go, awesome staff & as always & a wonderful vibe. They had a full fridge in the room, supplied toiletries & the radio playing jazz made you feel like you were at home. We can't wait to go back! ���
