I recently bought a garden swing here. First of all, it was on super sale but I didn't have a large enough vehicle to take it home. The guys were super helpful and said they'd store it for me until I get a truck. Two days later, I began putting it together and there were no instructions! I called the store and the manager was so great. He called other area stores to find who had the item in stock, asked them to fax him the instructions and then brought me a copy to my house! Got great help yesterday looking for a socket wrench to install my new license plate. Couldn't have asked for more! I was very pleased at the courtesy on the phone and in person. While I was in the store, I randomly found the coolest 'glass' birdbaths and hummingbird-feeders-made-from-colored-glass-bottles ever. I want these & want to give them as gifts to family and friends, too! Love this store. A+.
