I went to Ace to pick up some camping propane that I ordered online. Went to the cashier who told me to go to the service desk in the back. Picked up the cylinders with no problem at all from a friendly employee after signing for them and left. In the parking lot this same initial cashier came running after me to show her proof of my purchase. I had to grope for my phone and show her the email order. Overpriced and has rude employees. I’m not stealing any clothes wearing shorts and a T-shirt. No need to keep adjusting the same clothes over and over (not very discreetly)

Too many people who have been loyal employees that provided excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE have been let go from this store. It is still supposed to be about CUSTOMER SERVICE, right?
Ace lost my business...If anyone buys a generator from ACE make sure you understand that they will not allow you to return it EVEN IF it does not work. Nor would they take returns even if you didn't take it out of the box. This was a big NO for me, since I had just taken a malfunctioning one back to a store before I ever even put a minute on it. I understand they don't want to accept used generators just because someone doesn't want it anymore but there are other policies that could work without saying across the board NO RE... read more
