Great Customer Service - like all the time . Joel in Gardening went above and beyond to help me find what I needed.
We recently purchased over $250 and when we got home, a $24 item was missing...we called and they said they would look around for it... they did not find it.... end of story... I’m sure someone received it.... was just surprised and disheartened by how they handled it.... we ordered through amazon cheaper than the store price...and received it. Just a note, check your bags....
In my house we used to have a discussion if we were going to the blue store or the orange store. Then hit the pandemic. We had time to do things, but we have a high risk person in our household so we were not going into stores, no matter what color they were. The big chains were not great for curbside, but holy moly was Islands Ace amazing, with phone calls and information and just customer care.. We go to the red store first now, because they are the best!
FYI. I went in yesterday, and not one of the employees had masks on.
Very helpful, always friendly and knowledgeable. I just got hand sanitizer and gloves! Thank goodness a place we can go to help with all this Covid19 virus.
