After a very crappy morning from dealing with a bad leak that has destroyed our carpet, I came in and was immediately greeted by Spencer, who then listened to my issue and was more than willing to walk me over in the area of some de-humidifiers, with some help from other employees via walkie talkie to help pin-point exactly where they were.
