We have the best customer service of any hardware store(home center) in Atlanta. Add to that a great selection of herbs and perennials in the garden center and Weber grills(natural gas and lp), Ben Moore paint, a broad hardware selection and a unique gift and houseware department. There is a lot more to our store than your average hardware store.

I love going here in the spring to spruce up the de k for all the upcoming porch parties!!! They have everything from furniture to garden decor to plants! Love them!!
Went to the Intown Ace Hardware looking for an item I couldn't get at Home Depot. They didn't have it and the person who helped me acted like I was crazy to think it even existed. I then walked up on her and a coworker making fun of the fact that I was looking for a nonexistent product. (I was looking for Museum Wax, which I have bought at General Hardware before, this Ace carries Museum PUTTY, which is not the same thing, but were out of it) I googled the item and found it on the Ace website and showed them that it existed.... read more
Great outdoor selection and paint offering
I've been shopping at this store for years & never encountered rude employees until today. Tom in Garden Supplies must be overheated today as his attitude is sour.
Great friendly service. Broad selection of products...not always cheaper than HD but service trumps 100% of time.
