We have the best customer service of any hardware store(home center) in Atlanta. Add to that a great selection of herbs and perennials in the garden center and Weber grills(natural gas and lp), Ben Moore paint, a broad hardware selection and a unique gift and houseware department. There is a lot more to our store than your average hardware store.

RecommendedI’ve been going to Intown Ace Hardware ever since I moved to Decatur over 2 years ago and have always received great customer service. But today, they went above and beyond the call of duty! The key maker guy (sorry, I didn’t catch his name) asked my 7 year old son if he wanted to help him make the keys for us and he did! Best hardware, gift, staff ever!
I was there today and in a hurry... I had borrowed a client’s hand pruners and promptly dropped the screws out of them. I brought them to Ace on my lunch break and JJ, in the garden center, got me fixed up and out the door in 5 minutes. So grateful. Thanks JJ.
Your people up front have no idea what the store sells out back. You tried to sell me a more expensive product and made me walk out back to find what I came for then couldn't find how to sell it to me! Then you tried to ridicule me in front of my neighbors. After 25 years of spending A LOT OF $ at both, I realize that the quality of Intown Ace Hardware products are at least as poor and cost twice as much as Home Depot. The service is mostly sad at both but at least Home Depot is organized. Shame on you

Intown Ace Hardware is my favorite hardware store. they have everything. I could easily spend 2 hours walking around.
