Caked and asked bout craftsman tool replacement they said they have it and have my tools in stock I drove 30 miles one way to get told my tools r not broken I would not have drive 60 mile round trip on 8mpg if they wernt broken
I have always been treated with great customer service at this store. For example, when I needed a locksmith and their locksmith was unavailable, their staff took the time to look up others in town that could help me. Forever grateful for their assistance! Will continue to shop here.
What a waste of time and money going here. Was looking for a torsion spring for my garage door. Employee on the phone told me they had to many to tell me the sizes. Drove there to find out he lied to me and only had three. Skip this place and go to Home Depot.

Like to say thanks Bill at Midland Office for assisting with and using his own glue device for fixing our mirror in truck!! Saved us $5 so just wanted to post the good deed he did cuz honestly not lot of ppl out there would do that for a customer!! Thanks very much!!!
Always find what I am looking for. I enjoy all the seasonal additions to purchase and my number one place to go for getting keys made. Staff is very friendly and polite.
