They always have what you need
Big box store recommended Ace to replace my worn craftsman screwdriver. In Bay City they simply laughed as carrying the Craftsman line and providing replacement was not profitable. I call Midland’s Ace. The girl on the phone would be happy to order that 8” screwdriver then exchange it. I thanked her but felt that a $10.58 screwdriver was not really worth her effort. Employees are top notch in customer service and it's a real joy to shop at this Ace location. Also extra bonus, they sometimes* have cops and donuts. *as of last year, they ALWAYS have cops and donuts.
