Paid $275.00 for installation of 3 blinds that were purchased at Home Depot. The installer(Antony) had never installed blinds.Less than 6 months later the blinds are falling apart because he apparently cut the strings in a ladder on all 3 blinds that should not have been cut when he shortened the blinds. Ace Handyman Services came to access the problem. Rebecca (Office Manager) told me she would have the blinds replaced and reinstalled. Didn't hire this company and don't recommend it to anyone else, but have some feedback on the back and forth communication with the Office Manager, nevertheless. The Office Manager replied to SOME of my questions via email, as I had previously requested. That is a plus! But she never told me whether they accept Visa credit card or whether they give free estimates. Easy questions to answer. Tinny again did outstanding work. Very professional, knowledge, easy to talk to about the projects. 2nd time he has been out to do a closing punch list and other stuff. Scheduling a 3rd day to finish project. Fantastic workmanship!!

The handyman was scheduled to come at 9:00am and he arrived a few minutes early which was amazing! He came straight in and asked what needed to be done and got to work, he made sure that he thoroughly explained each step of the process. As for the list we had he was able to knock everything out in four hours. Ace Handyman services, thank you for assisting us and we look forward to working with you in the future!
