Great experience with Ace Handyman (who I didn’t realize was affiliated with Ace Hardware). Immediately spoke with a live human to schedule the appointment, great communication leading up to the appointment (confirmation email, reminder email and text, then another text with the service tech’s name and picture to let me know he was on his way). My experience was lovely. The tech helped to install a bed rail for my mother who recently had back surgery. He was very professional and really took the time to listen to our particular needs and treated my mother with dignity. We will definitely use this service again.
