I think they suck I think there fraudulent when it comes to the service manager Tom they did a diagnostic on my vehicle on my 2013 Ford xscape diagnose a bad turbo charge 251 dollars and come to find out it wasn't the turbo bad it was a bad head and to make matters worse what they took off to do the diagnostic they want to charge me for them to put it back on if that aint bullshit please tell me what is so bored thank you very much for nothing and for raping my pocket and all of you who read this can take the advice or take ... read more

I cannot believe this dealership is still in service. My daughter bought her car here and she has made 3 payments. The dealer has had her car more than she has. The second time she picked it up, they released it with all kind of body damage that wasn't on there when she dropped it off. Then the service manager has the balls to tell her they don't know how her car got damaged. They did repair some of it but refused to complete all the repairs. Will NEVER BUY FORD AGAIN!!!!!! Right back wheel well of 2005 Escape corroded already because ford used bad sealant spray. Costs thousands to fix and stopped recall at 2004 even though happened to 2005 also. Called them n they will not pay to fix it even though admitted their fault!!! Ford though my ***!!!
Wanted to post about a great customer experience. Ace Ford really did a great job making the selling/buying process very painless. For the first time buying a car I didn't leave the dealer thinking ... "I probably could have got a better deal if I searched or negotiated a bit harder" The whole process was very high information - low pressure selling even when I got to the finance manager, A+ experience. (even in their temporary offices while their new showroom is being built.)
Their service sucks. They put 4 batteries in my car in 4 years & told me there wasn't any issues with my car. I'm not a mechanic, but 4 batteries in 4 years in a brand new car??? Something isn't right about that. I'll never buy a ford again
