I had an oil change (the works) and they asked if they could flush out the anti-freeze coolant as it had been a few years, so they did that promptly also. I am always pleased with the timeliness of the service, and the fee. I like having the dealer service my Frod.
The day I took my car in for service I was very pleased it was finished in a very timely manner I have been Ford for service for a long and have never had a problem

Fast, efficient and reasonably priced service. Plus the new service department waiting area is clean and comfortable. Plus good coffee!
The work on my car is always done well. I like the fact they will keep you updated in what is wrong wirh your car. The only fault I found, was I waited for almost 31/2 hours, when I was told a little over 2 hours.
After having hitting a curb and damaging my tire I call and ask if I could bring my car in before the tire went flat Mark said yes! Seeing I was recovering from back surgery couldn’t change the tire I drove over and they replaced the tire on my way with in the hour!!! You guys are a ACE IN MY EYES � GOOD JOB!!!
I had a 9:00 A. M. appointment for a battery. I arrived app. 8:54, went in the service desk, Brett Campbell was waiting with a tech to take my 2010 F-150 rite in . I didn't have time to smoke 1 cigar while looking at new trucks when he called to inform me that I was ready to roll. How much more can you ask for. In & out like a rotating door. YES I will be going back to Ace Ford as the have since I purchased the truck from them.
