I am trying to get an issue resolved with Ace Ford service Dept in which they replaced a phenalic cooling system T fitting that didn't seem to need replacing. Hopefully this issue can be resolved. The general manager from Ace contacted me today with an amicable resolution. The resolution was one that kept all parties happy. Had 250 Ford in for oil change and tire rotation. Also had them check pitted chrome wheel. Technician left grease arm prints on door , fenders, and inside console. Talked to service manager about it he said he would talk to tech. Also took 2.5 hours for quick service with 9.0clock appointment. They took truck in at 9.I don't think they rotated tires correctly by owners Manuel. Second time for wheels and Ford declined replacement for outside source. Really I did buy it in 2017 to drive it outside.
