went to the dealership to look at the car walked around the lot for about 10 min and never saw a sale man and the ad lied, said it had a sunroof/moonroof when it didn't,

You should've came inside to speak with somebody. We'd have been happy to help you find what you're looking for. Part of our no pressure sales approach is to let you (the potential client) come to us with any questions or concerns, rather than breathing down your neck and spewing out unprovoked information like most dealers. As for the ad, sometimes the software we use to decode our cars and upload information with is faulty. Ace Auto Dealers were very friendly and made the process of buying a car very painless. They were very straight foward and did not try to hassle us into buying a car. They gave my husband and I a good deal on a used car for our son. We are very happy with our purchase!
Not yet decided on vehicle. Dealer is one of the most honest in the business.
I did get an initial response, however when I asked about potential damage I saw in the pictures I received no response whatsoever to my questions. Happily bought from a different dealer. Overall not impressed with ACE.
They were really quick to respond and very accommodating.
I received an email and a phone call right away. The vehicle was not the model thst I'm searching for. Rep said he will call me if they locate what I want. He was very nice.
Azizi and Baddi were very professional and friendly. We traded our 2006 bmw to get this 2005 Lexus which is an suv. Baddi really worked hard on our situation even though me and my husband already have an existing car loans. Still, we were able to got approved with Baddi's help. Thank you very much!
