Even though the car was no longer there, they didn't try to push me to be on the phone with them or push other cars they had on me. They were straight to the point and didn't waste time.
Very professional, clean and organised on every level. However, car was priced high, above the Car Gurus estimate, and basically, they wouldn't budge! offering only *2%* lower!! So no deal.
They were awesome in helping me find my first car!
