I have never being treated like this, I felt like home. People talk to me like family offer me water ,coffee snack, like first class trip. And very professional staff, they explain me everything about how to apply for a apt before fill a application or sign anything. I like them pretty much because in the end I got what I was looking for, a nice two bedroom apartment. Thank you , Josephine you are the best receptionist I ever met.
My worst experience ever. Going to a very stressful moment to get my money back and feed my daughter. They gave me a fake check that was returned by the bank. I can't believe how salvage people can be. I don't know about other agents in that office, but the one named Jamal Dyer is definitely someone you don't want to deal with. He is a totally a monster..he can destroy your life in second and no remorse at all.
Great experience, very knowledgeable personal with excellent customer service. They really exceeded my expectations, keep the good job guys!!!
Very disappointing took my elderly mothers money and couldn’t even call her back regarding her application it’s been two months and we just keep being ignored I can only imagine how many people this has been done too . Please if you need to find a home Especially by a certain date do not bother with ace very shady even their receptionist has a criminal history !! Do your research before dealing with these people
