THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE. Rob and his wife run a hack business. After scheduling a Complete Lawn Renovation for both my front and back lawn, I had to call no less than six times over the course of a month to even get a hint at a service date with them. In one of my last call attempts, Rob finally was able to tell me that he would be coming to perform the service the following week. I have used them several times and was very satisfied with their work. I used them recently and they thatched, aerated and reseeded my front lawn, It looks better than it ever has I appreciate the fact that they leave a flyer on my garage, It reminds me to give them a call and get started on my lawn. Great job guys!

I had a back yard aeration and overseeding scheduled. It was done a couple weeks ago and while the aeration was fine ($20), the overseeding ($35) has generated exactly zero new grass. I told the employees I thought it was way too cool for seed to germinate but they insisted it would. They are wrong and I am totally dissatisfied with that line item.

Ace Aeration, Portland Oregon Tapes fliers to your house as an advertisement . I do not want any company or service to TAPE things onto my house. I could not contact this company, nobody or voice mail will pick up. No way to contact company until they come back to respond to their flier, if you check boxes of service you want. Bad policy, I would never use this company. I rate this company very negatively. NO TAPING!

We are a NO SOLICITING community and this company continues to tape their flyers on the houses. I have asked them to stop and they continue to do it. Very disrespectful and dishonest.
