Their plumbers (if they are actually plumbers) are a joke. Attended to a rook leak, they took a pic of the leak and left, haha Sent a report with pics of the leak to the PM and did nothing to attempt to rectify the leak. Not to mention the pair of clowns who attended were an hour late and no apologies for wasting my time. As it turns out they wasted everyones time even coming at all. Now to call another company to actually come and fix the issue and not just look at it and take photos, ha ha
