Not a fan. Staff gave me a hassle about my insurance even though I verified on my end and gave them all info weeks ahead of time in the online form. Cancelled on my twice before on the day of the appointment before I got in. Now I can't even purchase glasses from the connected optical store.Try somewhere else. Anywhere.

My Optician was awesome. For the first time ever and I have had many eye exams I was able to see and read the very smallest of letters
My first time here it was quick and helpful. The check in process very efficient Dr.McAllister sweet and informative.I will be back for my follow up. I didn’t give this a 5 star because the lady who was supposed to help me find glasses was either having a bad day because she had a bad attitude and I felt rushed. She was snappy when I asked her questions. Since she was rude and made me feel rushed I decided to get my glasses offline. She didn’t seem to care either way.
