I loved my experience at Accuvison. Tatiana, Dr. Hapner, Mercedes, and Carmen were all incredibly knowledgable and patient as I chose my first set of glasses. Easy to make an appointment, timely, and allowed me to come back for an adjustment without making an appointment and saw me right away! Highly recommended!
We have been going to the Gurnee location for 5 years. We love working with Kim and all the staff. Kim especially since she knows her stuff! Shout out to Dr. Kevin Hong for helping my whole family! Highly recommend!

We came up to chicago for the weekend and I had forgotten my contacts at home. Jasmine was so kind and gave me a sample pack to get my through our vacation. She was so helpful and understanding. You don't find customer service like this anymore!!
