Although the staff has been nice , my experience has not been the best . I have progressive lenses that are not working out and my distance and bifocal is not quite strong enough . I was told that I need to do exercises to train my eyes to see with the progressive lenses . I have tried and these are not going to work out . This is problematic as I have spent too much on these to toss them in a drawer . I hope I can return them and get a refund .

Friendly staff, prompt attention, and a stress free exam with Dr. Hapner. Everyone patiently answered my novice questions. An excellent experience.
I have to say I am pleasantly surprised and extremely grateful to have walked into this office. Front desk staff are my favorite. These ladies were very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me, my insurance, and all my crazy questions. They answered all of them, gave me my contact lenses, and saved me some buck by educating me on my insurance. Thank you.
Definitely recommend Dr. Hapner and Tatiana! Both were extremely professional, patient kind and helped me find the right pair of glasses today! Absolutely would go back and encourage others to use the services!
Nothing but great customer service from the 2 gals at the Schaumburg location. They took their time and answered all my questions.
