2022 noticed that they started outsourcing the work when the workers show up with their own company trucks, so you end up paying more
AccuSeal was one of several quotes received to replace our roof. We decided to go with AccuSeal due to their multi layered roofing system. They worked well with our maintenance and HVAC team to coordinate all work that's associated with the replacement. Their crew kept the place neat and tidy during the entire process. The attention to detail for every aspect of the job was also impressive. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a quality flat roof.
Our commercial building needed a new flat roof due to multiple leaks that could not be repaired. We had several quotes from 5 roofing companies with different roofing systems. Although Accuseal wasn't the cheapest, we thought it was the best value for protecting the roof for decades. There was actually a good down pour before his team was finished with the roof.
