More like mismanagement. We rented a property that was managed by Accurate and it was a huge pain to deal with them if we needed something. I would NEVER rent another home that was managed by Accurate. Before we even moved in the locks had to be changed because the key wasn't working properly on the door. Their locksmith came out and replaced the locks and while he was there proceeded to crack the door jamb by letting the screen door fly open with the wind.
