I have used this company twice, and this last experience was NOT a positive one. The technician, Scott, that came out to fix a leak in my backyard caused a leak in the front yard in the pipe where the main water valve is. He did not make us aware of what he had done, nor did he fix it. Instead, he wrapped it in tape and left it for us to find. When we discovered this 5 days later, we immediately contacted the company and spoke to Betty. Rather that resolve the issue, she stated that Scotty said he didn't cause the leak so they would not fix it. It is not a problem that the technician somehow caused damage, but he handled it unethically by not taking responsibility for what he did and not fixing it. Furthermore, it is unacceptable and very poor customer service for a customer to be called a liar by the owner based on what their employee is unwilling to take responsibility for. I've worked in customer service for MANY years, and while you may not always agree with the customer, anyone running a business that values their customers and prides themselves in customer satisfaction would rectify the situation rather than blowing it like it's no big deal. Even one customer lost to a bad experience is too many. I paid for a service and now have to pay to fix damage caused by their company that they do not want to take responsibility for. HORRIBLE way to do business.
