Bill, was completely took advantage at me by coming to inspect my condo. I understood he'll charge me $125 instead of $225. But in the end that inspection was not worth 25cent. He was not even there for 30 minutes and charged me $225. He was just making hisself busy by walking around. I strongly recommend not getting a inspection if your buying a condo because it's not worth it. I wish I have that money to buy a homeless people food instead spending on something like that not worth 25cent.

The inspection day, time and access was set up through his realtor *************************************************************** ************** ( I never spoke with ******* until the day of inspections). I just had a conversation with ******** and she said that she told him the fee was $225 for a condo inspection and that he signed the purchase agreement that he wanted the inspection.
