As a first time home buyer I was unsure of what to expect. Jerry was very professional and helpful from the first phone call. He walked me through the entire inspection before it actually happened so that I would know what to expect. Jerry was fantastic. We had him do two home inspections for us. On the first, he arranged to be available at the last minute to meet our schedule. He then completed a very through inspection. He found some well-hidden critters that took everyone by surprise. That wasn't a deal-breaker on that house, but that sale fell through. We used Jerry Bier from Accurate Home Inspections and were very impressed! He was extremely easy to get a hold of and communicate with. He was responsive and professional in every interaction. We were thrilled with the quality of service he provided and really trusted his results. He took his time to go over the results with us and explain anything that we didn't understand.
