I needed an AC tech in Phoenix on a 105° day when my AC down stairs stopped working. They answered and came to help after hours. I wasn’t there and someone else at the house let them in. They found the issue resolved it suggested replacing a part at a later date and last minute repair having to crawl in my attic cost me $275. Very easy to communicate with accommodating and honest. Would very much recommend.
Brian was very professional knowledgeable honest and efficient. He addressed all our questions and even took time to show us different thermostats to help us make the right choice. You have gained a lifetime time client. Definitely recommended!
Brian was able to respond to my call right away. He then diagnosed and replaced my AC capacitor SAME DAY. He was also very knowledgeable and gave me some helpful tips for the future.
Our HVAC unit was out in the middle of the night, but called in the morning at around 6 am and Brian was kind enough to come in bright and early. He didn't delay and troubleshot our unit. Luckily for us it wasn't major work, but he also taught us a bit about our unit and what to look out for in the future. Highly recommend. This experience has made us customers for all our future HVAC needs.
