Joe did his job quickly and efficiently. He answered all my questions and quoted reasonable prices on requested extra work. There was a very professional office staff who reminded me when the electrician was coming. I will use them again.
Eric is the best! This firm is outstanding. They tell you what they are going to do. They are on time or call you if they will be late. They do quality work.
Very professional office staff who explained about company on my initial call, sent an email confirmation after our appointment was set, called to remind me the day before and called when the worker was 30 minutes away. Technician (Joe) was very good about explaining what he would do (and what he did). He came during the time promised and wore booties every time he entered the house. I found the company on Angie's List. I needed to have a couple of exterior security lights replaced. Plus an exterior outlet needed replacement. Eric arrived on time, and did a great job. The price I thought wasn't too bad. I will certainly use them again, for any electrical work.
I felt like I hit the jackpot when I connected with Accurate. I don't live in the area, and was trying to help my invalid father with an electrical issue in his condo. I picked Accurate based on their phone book ad, and was welcomed by their customer service rep Jackie, who really came through---fitting my issue into their already booked schedule that same day. We recently had Eric replace wiring and circuit boxes. He is absolutely the best!!!! courteous, very knowledgeable and very neat. We would recommend him for your electrical needs.
I've been using Accurate Electrical Services since before I bought my house, and I've used them every time I've needed electrical work since. They are very courteous, good availability, quick response times, and always friendly. The work they do is top notch. I know that I could get someone else to do it cheaper, but it just woudn't have the polish that I get from accurate electrical. Now if only they did plumbing...
