Will NEVER use them again. $175 labor for 45mins shoddy work. Hose not connected properly causing water leak. Screws not put back into washer properly (per the 2nd tech that came out). $252 for a part that costs anywhere from $65-$90. Spoke with Peter. When questioned about it, "I will not be put on trial." 2 other friends in Mooresville area also had similar experience with this "nationwide referred service."
