I was directed to Accurate Appliance via Samsung/Dacor for warranty service work. Accurate Appliance requested pictures of the part to replace in order to "save time". After calling weeks later to Samsung I was informed that the part had already was shipped out. I had to reach out to Accurate (after xmas) which declined that they received them because of the holiday- however it was delivered on the 17th and they failed to contact me. RecommendedHad my oven repaired yesterday, Great service as usual! Techs are very knowledgeable, I've become confident in their work. It puts me at ease seeing their ability.
We just had AAR come to our home and repair our clothes washer. I took two visits from them. The first visit was to diagnose the problem. The second visit was to replace the faulty component they had to order. Everything went very well, they showed up on time, got the work done in a timely manner and the washer is working perfectly now. We're happy with AAR.
Polite and knowledgeable technician was able to be out the same day and very efficiently made the repair to our dryer.
The owner came out this morning to my house and repaired my oven. I was very pleased with the quality service I received. He was able to fix my oven in a timely manner and was very professional. I highly recommend this company for your appliance repair needs.
Had a great experience with Accurate. From the first phone call and through the repair, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Roy was excellent; he answered all of my questions with integrity and intelligence. This company is definitely on the the roster here at my house. Thanks SO much :-)
