I question the ethics of a company that misrepresents the facts and then calls a customer a year later to change the review rating. They may have fixed the LEAK they created but every time I pull into my house, I see the DAMAGE done to my siding when they replaced the roof and gutters. There comes a point you just get sick of dealing with a contractor and cut your loses.

around the second quarter of 2024 it was noted that hail had done some damage to our roof in ******, **. In search of a rated, reliable contractor, I started my search for someone who had an actual office, had a history and I actually met and talked to all involved. *******, was a real go getter and went out of his way to answer my questions and do everything that he said he would. Getting a roof replaced through insurance can be challenging. Fortunately, ***** ****** at Accurate America made the process as painless as it could be and answered my endless barrage of questions. We had a good experience with this contractor. ***** ****** and **** ***** helped to navigate the negotiations with the insurance company resulting in maximizing the benefit paid. The subcontractors were very good. A special shoutout to the siding sub. The did an excellent job with good attention to detail.

***** ****** and his Accurate America team were successful where three previous companies failed me. The roofing crew was professional and respectful of my property. Amazing cleanup and I highly recommend them. If you are looking for professionalism and peace of mind in regards to a lifetime transferable workmanship warrantee (which is a huge plus for me as I will be selling my property in the next few years) than this is the company for You. I was a victim in the ******** wildfires outside of ******* 12/30-31/2021 ... while my house survived, my roof was severely damaged and all shingles needed to be replaced. Faced with other tasks that had to be done, the roof could have been a nightmare--but Accurate America, and *****************, made it easier than I could have imagined. While Accurate America was doing our neighbors home, we asked them to take a look at our roof for hail damage, which they found. We worked with their sales representative, Roger T*****, to get an insurance claim filed and approved. Once the job was started, they completed the work within one day to our satisfaction. Roger was involved with us every step of the way, including with making sure two minor issues that came up afterward were addressed (gutter leak and painting of the fascia board in a few places).
