Today I had an appointment with Jennifer Villasenor, my newly assigned hearing aid specialist at HearingLife in Thousand Oaks, CA. What a positive experience. The provider was outstanding. Jennifer updated my hearing aids and the associated Oticon application which resulted in very discernible positive changes. Jennifer and Jolanta are consistently helpful and available. I received my new hearing aids earlier this month, and it is my third pair with this company. Jennifer is outstanding at troubleshooting, and if a hearing aid has to be sent to the factory, she arranges for it on a priority basis. The warranties and overall service are first rate!

Sue Gibson: WAY WAY over priced! All their services are so more expensive then anyone in LA. The women audokogist Jennifer is a really nice person who works for the company. My mold did not fit well in my ear they had made. I went to a hearing Dictor and drops for my ear. I had to buy a new mold and hearing life was $150 more than anyone in town but they had my last mold. After going there I felt that I would have the same pr problem again.
