Jennifer has been exceptionally helpful and responsive and worked with both my husband and me for a couple of years. She pays attention to the hearing aid function and adjusting the program as needed. Very available and responsive for any kind of questions or issues. I highly recommend her and Yolanda who keeps track of everything else. A terrific team.
Very friendly and knowledgeable office!! Yolanda (spelling) at the front desk is very friendly and always calls a day or so before your appointment to remind you. Jennifer is very good at explaining what she is doing and how it will help with your hearing. I have recommended them to a few of my friends!!
