If you’re suffering from hearing loss, please do yourself a favor and let the staff here take care of you! I could write a novel trying to explain how amazing the staff and Mary are! They are some of the most kind, patient , knowledgeable, and just caring people I’ve ever met!! First off, presentation is everything. The office was nice and neat. My initial encounter with the office staff was warm and friendly. When it was time for me to begin my hearing assessment, the audiologist asked detailed questions regarding my overall health and explained how my yes or no answers to certain questions could have an affect on my ability or inability to hear adequately.
