A few months ago I went to the hearing center for a test. When it became my turn Ms. Raver met with me to discuss my needs. During this interview she discovered that I was a retired Navy veteran and then proceed to tell me of an article she had read which referred to changes at the VA regarding their position on providing hearing aids. Then she said although she could provide me with hearing aids the VA had the same quality she did and I may wish to consider that avenue of treatment. Not even sure where to start, but I guess I will go with their phone system. I have been affiliated with them now for three years and I constantly have trouble getting a hold of them by phone. Always Nicole's voice in a very pleasant slow manner asking the person calling to leave a detailed message and my phone call will be returned. Think again.
