This business is awful. I scheduled a septic inspection for a house I was buying and when they "couldn't find" the septic tank they called the listing agent. They never once called me, emailed, anything to let me know what was going on. Didn't say a word to my husband about the issue when he called an hour and half after the appointment to pay for it.
