Our son Deepak Rao lives in Encinitas in San Diego county. whereas care providers are available in San Diego city, in this north county we are unable to find any care givers. Their main complaint is "pay is very poor for caring a medically-involved person. our son is a qudreplegic with cerebral Palsy & acutely spastic. How can you help him with a care giver agreeable to your payment terms. nobody is helping him to find a caregiver. what use is there if you can pay but no caregiver is available. our son is loosing faith in AR... read more

My mom loves her caregivers. They are really good with them. The only issue that I have had is staffing when the regular caregiver is unavailable. There are some times that they don’t have anyone. Also, the don’t supply nurses.
The Accredited HC Aides were amazing! I needed them when my husband, who had a stroke, came home after 3 months of inpatient Rehab therapy. Dodie, Cherie & Diane saved my sanity & my back. They patiently helped him with 3 therapies (speech, physical & occupational) every day during their 4-hour shifts. Because of their efforts, my husband progressed & was able to carry out many daily activities within 8 months! We are so blessed. I would not hesitate to work with them in the future, should I need their services.
