I believe they were bought by another company (this is what I was told) Their internal staff was substandard and coordinators were not qualified for the roles they were in. The lack of communication and follow up was HORRENDOUS! I would never recommend them to anyone
I had been with another agency until I was directed to select an in-network agency. I was given a list by my insurance company, which I forwarded to my doctor. She selected Accredited for me. I soon discovered this was the very best choice. The nurses are superb. They are professional yet nurturing. The supporting staff are very helpful. I highly recommend Accredited Home Care.
We've used Accredited Home Health Care twice in the last year to help our mom after surgery. We compared a number of organizations before choosing Accredited, and used them because they could supply both home health care and other types of care, such as physical therapy. We found their staff to be friendly and helpful, and our mom liked the aid and support they provided.
Accredited was referred to me by the facilitator of the Kaiser Permanente Dementia Caregivers Support Group to which I belong in L.A. As it became clear that I needed help caring for my 90 year-old mother at home, and someone to relieve me so that I could run errands and get back to having a life as a 67 year-old retired bachelor.
