Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? I have been seeing Dr. Kopinski over the past several years and I have nothing but good things to say about him. I see he has received some very suspicious "reviews" that don't make any sense at all - for instance, they complain about his office staff and how he treats his staff, but Dr. K is a one-man show: he doesn't even HAVE staff! Was this chiropractor's staff friendly? Not Really Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? I feel so much better and I owe it all to Dr. Kopinski. I suffered from severe neck and shoulder pain. I have tried several other doctors and treatments in the past, but none really worked. Since working with Dr. K, I am almost completely pain free and I can move easily again. I am back to doing all the physical activities that I couldn't do before. I highly recommend him without reservation.

All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays? No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them
