Very Disrespectful to residents Property manager number 5 in 3 1/2 years. The management is rude and disrespectful to the residents. The messages put out to the community are very unprofessional and threatening. More residents seem to want to leave rather than staying to deal with yet more management upset. No longer is it the safe place to live, there are breakins and other crimes that are reported by the police and management doesn't seem to get around to informing the residents. Interesting place to live Three property managers in 1.5 years. Residents who pay on time getting frequent delinquent rent notices. Current property manager is rude and nasty to the residents and is utterly unhelpful in resolving issues on the property

The Fields of Germantown The Fields of Germantown is a nice, safe, comfortable place to live.
Fields of Germantown The apartment interior is very nice and either comes with vaulted ceilings or a fireplace (your choice if you're on the top floor)! The location is right in the middle of Germantown and close to everything -- grocery stores, convenience stores, movie theater, salons, bars, restaurants etc. You could walk anywhere you choose. There is a large courtyard with a volleyball area, grilling area, pool, and nicely equipped exercise room that is available 24/7.
