Purchased a Roll and Lock bed cover earlier this year. Rey, the owner assisted me and answered all of the questions I had about the cover. He was super helpful and cover was installed a few days later. Great cover until it got stuck. I went back to see if they could help me out. Rey was there and was eager to make it right. The spool had broken, a defect of the product. Rey was quick to get the manufacturer on the phone and order me a warranty replacement.
