Had my first experience with Accessories International about a week ago and I must say it was my best one yet. If you're ever unsure about any purchase do not hesitate to call and ask! Great customer service and they really knew their stuff! Best place for parts and I recommend Accessories to everyone!! You won't be disappointed!
My only transaction with these people was very negative. I ordered a givii windshield for a 2009 Versys. I received an email saying that I would receive a tracking number within 2-3 days. After a week, no email, no tracking number. Ordered a givi rear hugger and fender extender for my versys, prices were right. Next day get a back order notice for the HUGGER, fine can't beat the price I'll wait two weeks. But then the fender extender was in "picking" status for almost a week before I called...turns out that was back order too...with no notice given, was told it would be two weeks as well Two weeks later still no update so I finally called back Every time I called I got the same answer " they just came in and will ship this afternoon" heard that 3 times... read more
Ok i had a problem with an order for a GIVI bag payed through amazon.payments system, it was a little bit difficult to cancel/unblock the money for that order cancelled because the bag was out of stock, but finally this guys helped me and everything was solved, i will buy again from them with any doubt but next time i will ask first for sure if the item what i looking for is available :))) thank you!
