Horrible customer service and relations. Employees are as condescending as Obama and they’re rude. They won’t answer questions, instead seem to provide script answers. My order was supposed to be delivered days again and I have no answers as to where it is. I’m told they can’t help me. I asked if I can cancel and apparently I have 30 days to return from date of purchase. But I have to receive my item first then ship back. And if they receive within 30 days of purchase, they claim they will accept return. So my 30 days is now... read more
Actually ship items purchased would be a great start!
DON’t buy anything from this company... they sent me the wrong product and i sent it back to them and they said that "if you send it back, we will return your money back and we will cover all expenses about post but they didn’t pay my all money!! Especially Al Mitchel is very IMPOLITE!!! They have no idea about how to talk with customers...
My first order was a grill cover for my VTX 1800. Perfect fit.
Unclear indication of when items ship. Received incomplete items.
Custom Batwing fairing was well worth every cent. Would recommend the TKY's to anyone looking for a new fairing!
